Most engagements start with a 30-minute call and an assessment of where AI will actually pay off, then the workshops or the build that get you there. You walk away owning the system, not holding a strategy deck and an invoice.
We work best with owner-led teams, often five to twenty staff, who know there's a better way to run their operation and haven't had time to find it. New Zealand born and based.
